Each year the Diocese of Venice and its parishes ask the Catholic faithful to aid the many ministries working throughout our 10 county, 9,000 square-mile Diocese. As good Christian stewards, we recognize that everything we are and possess, are gifts from God. The Catholic Faith Appeal enables us to reach out to our extended Catholic family by responding to the needs of others, educating our children, supporting our parishes and sharing our faith. We become Jesus’ heart of mercy, His hands of justice and His voice of hope.
Our assessment for the 2008 Catholic Faith Appeal is $371,000.00. Thank you so much to those who have already responded so quickly to God’s invitation to love and serve one another. We look forward to the continued generosity of our parish community as we strive to meet our goal.
